Proper handling protocols, focus on maintaining freshness from harvest through processing, with key steps in post-harvest care, cleaning, grading, preservation (pickling), and storage to ensure a safe and high-quality final product.
The entire value chain, from seed to processing, follows rigorous quality assurance systems (e.g., FSSC 22000, BRC, ISO, KOSHER, HALAL, FSSAI) to meet global food safety standards. This meticulous quality control allows for the traceability of produce back to the farms where they were grown, providing transparency to international buyers.
We sort, wash, and grade the fresh gherkins by size before processing them. They are then preserved in vinegar, acetic acid or brine according to customer specifications and packed in bulk drums or retail packs for export to global markets like the USA and Europe.
